Conscious Breathwork is an integrative breathing practice developed by our team, inspired by the foundations of rebirthing breathwork. Rebirthing has long been recognised for its powerful ability to help release stored emotional tension, trauma, and energetic blockages through conscious breathing patterns. Building on this foundation, Conscious Breathwork expands the process into a more holistic and supportive journey, guiding participants not only through the release of stored energy but also through the integration of the experience on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
During a session, breath becomes the central tool for accessing deeper layers of awareness within the body and mind. As the breathing rhythm gently opens the body’s natural healing responses, additional practices are introduced to support and stabilise the process. These may include affirmations, guided movement, meditation, sound and energy-based techniques, and principles drawn from yogic traditions. Together, these elements create a safe and grounded environment where participants can explore inner experiences while allowing the body to process and integrate emotional or energetic releases naturally.

For trainees and practitioners, the training offers both experiential depth and a clear understanding of the intention behind the work. Participants are introduced to the psychological, energetic, and physiological dimensions of breath-based practices, helping them develop a balanced and informed approach to facilitating sessions. The training also emphasises integration and support, providing guidance both before and after the learning experience so that students feel confident, prepared, and connected as they begin sharing Conscious Breathwork with others.
